| Larry was made for an invitational show "Formica Formatted" at the Dallas Contemporary. Formica corporation sponsored the show and participants were asked to make a piece from a Formica product. I chose Solid Surface which is a hard, dense countertop material. Because Solid Surface is made for countertops and not for furniture, this chair cannot be sat in – it is too brittle.15 1/2" wide, 20" deep, 30" tall. |
